采用调查的方法对来自新疆维吾尔族自治区的119名管理干部进行16PF人格测试,其中被试年龄跨度从24岁到49岁。数据使用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果表明:(1)新疆维吾尔族自治区管理干部的总体人格特点是:人际适应能力强,善于与人相处;思维敏捷,开朗热情;独立自信并能与现实保持一致,总体心理健康状况良好。(2)在人格特点上存在性别差异:女性干部思维更敏捷,较男性有更强的合作精神,也更敏感;男性体现出更强的现实性。(3)年龄不满30岁的干部独立性最强;年龄在40岁以上的干部自律性最强,同时更注重客观现实。
A survey of 119 management cadres from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were used to conduct a 16PF personality test, in which the subjects spanned from 24 to 49 years of age. Data SPSS13.0 statistical analysis. The results showed as follows: (1) The overall personality characteristics of the management cadres in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are as follows: interpersonal adaptability, good at getting along with others; agile thinking, cheerful enthusiasm; independence and self-confidence and can be consistent with reality, overall mental health is good. (2) There are gender differences in personality traits: Female cadres are more agile in thinking, more cooperative and more sensitive than men, and men are more realistic. (3) The cadres who are under 30 years of age have the strongest independence, the cadres who are over 40 years of age have the strongest self-discipline, and pay more attention to objective reality.
