With the development and reform of the era, an increasing number of women have gradually realized the importance of their own roles, thus stimulating more and more researchers to examine issues related to females. Proceeding from the pragmatic perspective, the role of female address forms in the dynamic use process as the social deixis in Chinese and English, and their pragmatic features as a speech act are studied. Meanwhile, according to cultural differences between China and the West, and combining the era characteristics, specific contexts, and clarification of the relationship between two sides socializing with each other, translation strategies that can achieve pragmatic equivalence are adopted to translate the female address forms, which, the author believes, can provide some implications for foreign language teaching.
