幂级数分析法是解决晶体管电路非线性问题的一种常用方法,采用这种方法的关键是要求出电路中电压和电流幂级数表达式中的高阶系数。本文提出的计算高阶系数的方法是在晶体管小信号h参数等效电路中引入了反映晶体管特性非线性的附加电源,从而可以很方便的应用线性电路理论来计算高阶系数。文未给出应用实例。
Power series analysis is a commonly used method to solve the nonlinear problem of transistor circuits. The key to using this method is to find the higher-order coefficients in the power-series expression of voltage and current in the circuit. The method of calculating higher-order coefficients proposed in this paper introduces an additional power supply that reflects the non-linearity of the transistor characteristics into the small-signal h-parameter equivalent circuit of a transistor, so that linear circuit theory can be easily applied to calculate higher-order coefficients. The text has not given the application example.
