近年来,国内外对皂甙的研究日益活跃,逐步阐明其化学、植物生理化学和药理学等方面的性质。皂甙类成分广布于单、双子叶植物中。在海洋生物中也陆续有所发现,据报道在104科1730种植物中,含有皂甙的植物就约有79科860种(分别约占76%和50%),其中含有三萜类皂甙的约有627种(约占73%);另据报导在约6科28种植物中,含有达玛烷型皂甙(三萜皂甙之一类)。现已
In recent years, research on saponins at home and abroad has become increasingly active, and its nature in chemistry, plant physiological chemistry and pharmacology has been gradually elucidated. Saponins are widely distributed in single and dicotyledonous plants. It has also been discovered in marine organisms.
