情商是世界范围内公认的科学理论。联合国教科文组织于2002年向全世界140个国家的教育部发布了SEL(社交与情绪学习)十大基本原则。在美国的伊利诺伊州,SEL标准已覆盖了幼儿园到高中的各个年级。在我国,基础教育阶段情商教育没有十分成熟的教育方法。很多教师将情商教育交给家长,并没有真正认识到情商教育对学生智商发展和个人成长的重要性,亟需探讨改变。一、情商对小学生成长的深刻影响
EQ is recognized worldwide as a scientific theory. In 2002, UNESCO released the SEL’s (basic principles of social and emotional learning) to the Ministry of Education in 140 countries around the world. In Illinois, USA, the SEL standard covers all grades from kindergarten to high school. In our country, EQ education in basic education does not have a very mature education method. Many teachers give EQ education to their parents and do not really recognize the importance of EQ education to the development of IQ and personal growth of their students.
