采用马歇尔试验配合比设计方法分别对TLA改性沥青混合料和基质沥青混合料进行了配合比设计并对其路用性能进行了检验。研究结果表明:由于TLA改性沥青中灰分的掺入,TLA改性沥青混合料的最佳油石比与基质沥青混合料的最佳油石比之间存在一个转换系数,并使得TLA改性沥青混合料最终合成级配比原合成级配变得略细,而且主要影响2.36 mm以下筛孔的通过率。TLA改性沥青混合料具有优良的高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗渗性,可应用于我国高速公路沥青路面工程中。
The mix design of TLA modified asphalt mixture and matrix asphalt mixture was designed by Marshall test mix design method and the road performance was tested. The results show that there is a conversion coefficient between the optimal ratio of the asphalts of the TLA modified asphalt mixture and the optimal ratio of the asphaltic asphalt mixture due to the incorporation of ash in the TLA modified asphalt and that the TLA modified asphalt mixture The final synthesis of raw materials than the original synthesis gradation becomes smaller, and mainly affects the pass rate of 2.36 mm below the mesh. TLA modified asphalt mixture has excellent high temperature stability, water stability and impermeability, can be applied to highway asphalt pavement engineering in our country.
