为探讨断续切削加工中影响表面粗糙度因素的显著关系,采用正交试验法,使用聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具,给定不同的切削用量,对淬火模具钢Cr12MoV进行强断续车削试验。分析切削加工参数对表面粗糙度的影响及切削参数的优选,运用响应曲面法(RSM)建立表面粗糙度的预测模型,并对预测模型进行试验验证。结果表明,影响表面粗糙度的显著因素依次是切削速度、进给量、切削深度;预测模型能够很好的对表面粗糙度进行预测,误差不超过7.2%。
In order to explore the significant influence of the factors influencing the surface roughness in the intermittent cutting, the orthogonal test method was used to cut off the Cr12MoV quenched steel with polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) Turning test. The influence of cutting parameters on surface roughness and the optimization of cutting parameters were analyzed. The prediction model of surface roughness was established by response surface method (RSM), and the prediction model was verified by experiments. The results show that the significant factors influencing the surface roughness are the cutting speed, the feed rate and the cutting depth. The prediction model can predict the surface roughness very well with the error less than 7.2%.
