杭州商学院胡懋涛副教授等编著的《商业企业劳动人事管理》一书最近已由北京经济科学出版社出版。该书不仅填补了高等财经院校商业行业劳动人事管理教材的空白,而且对其他产业部门和企业的劳动管理也有一定的借鉴意义。全书有以下四个比较突出的特点:1.对劳动人事管理的对象有了比较清晰的划分。目前我国出版的劳动管理书籍,大都把劳动管理仅看成是从招收(聘)录用到工资、福利、退休的管理过程,忽视或很少把企业劳动
The book “Management of Labor and Personnel Management in Commercial Enterprises” written by Associate Professor Hu Yutao of Hangzhou Business School has recently been published by Beijing Economic Science Press. The book not only fills in the gaps in the labor and personnel management textbooks for the commercial and industrial colleges and universities, but also has reference significance for the labor management of other industrial sectors and enterprises. The book has the following four salient features: 1. There is a clearer division of the objects of labor and personnel management. At present, most of the labor management books published in China regard labor management only as a management process from recruiting (recruiting) hiring to wages, benefits, and retirement, and ignoring or seldom taking corporate labor.
