为探讨不同类型的人体肿瘤细胞周期中 D N A 含量与肿瘤组织学间的关系,采用流式细胞术检测了405例新鲜肿瘤组织中瘤细胞的 D N A 含量,并用光学显微镜观察了肿瘤组织的病理改变。结果显示: 22例良性肿瘤及383例恶性肿瘤中异倍体出现率分别是27% 及52% ;不同组织类型的恶性肿瘤中异倍体的出现率以腺癌为最高,其中肝癌、肠癌及胃癌异倍体的出现率分别为61% 、55% 及51% ,肉瘤次之,为37% ,鳞癌最少,为17% ;细胞增殖周期 S≥10、 G2/ M ≥10或 S≥20、 G2/ M ≥5仅在恶性肿瘤中出现,良性肿瘤中无1例达到此值。8例多倍体肿瘤全是恶性。由此提示良性、恶性及不同组织类型的恶性肿瘤异倍体出现率有明显区别( P< 0.05); S期细胞比率( S P F)及 G2/ M 达到一定数值时,良恶性肿瘤有明显的区别( P< 0.01)。
To investigate the relationship between D N A content and tumor histology in different types of human tumor cell cycle, the D N A content of tumor cells in 405 fresh tumor tissues was measured by flow cytometry, and the tumor tissues were observed by light microscopy. The results showed that the incidence of aneuploidy in 22 benign tumors and 383 malignant tumors was 27% and 52%, respectively; the incidence of aneuploidy in malignant tumors of different tissue types was highest in adenocarcinomas, including liver cancer and colorectal cancer. The incidence of aneuploidy in gastric cancer was 61%, 55%, and 51%, followed by sarcoma (37%), squamous cell carcinoma (17%), cell proliferation cycle S≥10, G2/M≥10, or S≥ 20, G2/M ≥ 5 only appeared in malignant tumors, and none of the benign tumors reached this value. All 8 cases of polyploid tumors were malignant. This suggested that there was a significant difference in the occurrence rate of benign tumors between benign, malignant, and different tissue types (P<0.05); benign and malignant tumors when the ratio of S-phase cells (SPF) and G2/M reached certain values. There was a clear difference (P < 0.01).
