在正常解剖位置以外的胰腺组织 ,称为迷走胰腺或异位胰腺 ,是一种先天性异常 ,临床上较少见。现将我院收治的 2例报告如下。病历摘要例 1 ,男 ,47岁。反复发作性上腹痛伴反酸、嗳气 2年余 ,于 1 995年 8月 2日入院。疼痛呈规律性空腹痛伴有肩背痛 ,有反复黑便史 ,经服中西药多 Pancreatic tissue outside the normal anatomic location, known as vagus pancreas or ectopic pancreas, is a congenital abnormality that is clinically uncommon. Repeated episodes of upper abdominal pain with acid reflux, belching more than 2 years, on August 2, 1995 admission. Pain was regular empty stomach pain accompanied by shoulder-back pain, history of repeated melatonin, after serving more Chinese and Western medicine
