介绍了一种调节丁羟推进剂配方燃途并降低生产成本的方法,即固定细AP和T27含量、降低球形AP的质量平均直径,使中燃速丁羟推进剂燃遍提高达到预定值。用该方法每千克推进剂可节约原材料成本3~5元,且调速幅度大,推进剂力学性能和工艺性能均不受影响。
A method for adjusting the combustion mode and reducing the production cost of butyroxide propellant was introduced. That is, the content of fine AP and T27 was fixed, the mass average diameter of spherical AP was decreased, and the ignition rate of butyrolactone was increased to reach the predetermined value. With this method, the cost of raw materials per kilogram of propellant can be saved by 3 to 5 yuan, and the speed regulation range is large. The mechanical properties and process performance of propellants are not affected.
