X80热煨弯管在弯制成型时要经历热处理过程,为保证弯管的最终性能需深入研究热处理工艺对X80弯管用钢组织性能的影响。采用不同工艺对X80热煨弯管用钢进行热处理,并对热处理后材料的组织性能及其与淬火温度和回火温度的关系进行了深入研究。结果表明:随着淬火温度升高,材料强度提高,韧性降低;而随着回火温度的升高,材料的组织、位错、第二相析出等均发生变化,使材料强度呈起伏变化趋势,韧性则逐渐升高。根据强韧性匹配原则,最终确定了适宜的热处理工艺参数。
X80 hot simmer pipe bending process to go through the heat treatment process, in order to ensure the final performance of the pipe to be in-depth study of heat treatment process X80 Bending steel microstructure and properties. X80 hot simmer pipe steel was heat-treated by different technology, and the relationship between the heat-treated material’s microstructure and properties and quenching temperature and tempering temperature was studied deeply. The results show that as the quenching temperature increases, the strength of the material increases and the toughness decreases. With the increase of the tempering temperature, the microstructure, dislocation and precipitation of the second phase all change, , Toughness is gradually increased. According to the principle of strength and toughness matching, finally determine the appropriate heat treatment process parameters.
