在广西东攀二叠—三叠系界线剖面中发现了Domatacerasguangxiensis,LopingocerasguangdeensisZhao,LiangetZheng,Schizolobocerasfusuiensis,Agathicerassp.,Stacheocerassp.,PernodocerasrobustumChaoetLiang,Dushanocerascf.ro-tolariumZhao,LiangetZheng,Huananocerascf.perornatumChaoetLiang,Qianjiangocerassp.,Laibinocerascf.compressumYang,Glyptophicerassp.,Lytophicerascf.chamunda(Diener),OphicerastingiTien,Ophicerassp.化石。在剖面的第2~12-2层产Pernodoceras,Dushanoceras,Huananoceras和Qianjiangoceras化石,均为长兴期菊石带Pseudotirolites-Rotodiscoceras的共生化石。第12-3层产长兴期菊石Laibinocerascf.compressumYang。第13-1A~16层产Lytophiceras和Ophiceras,为早三叠世菊石带Ophiceras-Lytophiceras的带化石。东攀剖面菊石的分布及其与华南其他地区的对比研究表明,广西东攀剖面二叠—三叠系界线位于第12-3层(厚55cm)内部或者位于第13-1A层的底部。

Chamunda (Diener), OphicerastingiTien, Ophicerassp. Fossil. The Pernodoceras, Dushanoceras, Huananoceras and Qianjiangoceras fossils from the 2nd to the 12th layers of the profile are all symbiotic fossils of the Pseudotirolites-Rotodiscoceras in Changxing Period. The 12-3 layer of production Changxing ammoniated Laibinocerascf.compressumYang. Lytophiceras and Ophiceras from layers 13-1A to 16 are fossils of Ophiceras-Lytophiceras from the Early Triassic ammonites. The distribution of ammonites in the Dongpan section and its comparison with other parts of South China show that the Permian-Triassic boundary of the Dongpan section of Guangxi is located inside the 12-3 layer (55cm thick) or at the bottom of the 13-1A layer.
