提高刀具切削刃的耐磨性是提高刀具切削性能的一个重要途径。为此本文介绍高速钢刀具钼化处理,供有关方面参考。铝化处理的基本原理就是将刃磨好的刀具,放入沸腾的三氧化钼水溶液中,通过化学反应,在刀具表面形成极薄的一层钼化层。该钼化层在刀具切削过程中,减弱刀刃与工件金属的亲和力,并起到固体润滑作用,从而保护切削刃,提高刀具耐用度。
