为了适应我国社会经济不断发展的形势,特别是缓解当前社会中的医患矛盾,我国各级医疗机构都在贯彻落实医疗卫生体制改革的精神,积极推进优质医疗服务建设。而在医院提供的医疗服务,医疗人员尤其是医院干部的管理能力和执行力,关系着医院的核心竞争力。为此,本文针对当前医院干部培训中出现的问题,重点分析了加强中层及以上干部培训的策略,以期提升医院人力资源队伍建设的水平和质量。
In order to meet the evolving social and economic situation in our country, especially to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients in the current society, all levels of medical institutions in our country are implementing the spirit of the medical and health system reform and actively promoting the construction of quality medical services. However, the medical service provided by the hospital, the management ability and execution ability of the medical staff, especially the hospital cadre, are related to the core competitiveness of the hospital. To this end, this article focuses on the current problems in the training of hospital cadres, focusing on strengthening the strategy of training cadres at the middle and above, with a view to enhancing the level and quality of hospital human resources team building.
