客户身份识别是金融机构反洗钱制度的重要组成部分,提高其有效性也是提高金融安全保证金融市场稳定的关键所在,但是目前我国金融机构的客户身份识别制度不够完善,金融机构与相关监管部门由于利益存在分歧点因而对于具体的客户身份识别执行办法也有着不同的立场和态度。本文就目前我国金融机构反洗钱客户身份识别存在的难点进行了分析,并就此提出了相应的对策。
Customer identification is an important part of the anti-money laundering system of financial institutions. To improve its effectiveness is also the key to improving financial security and ensuring the stability of the financial market. However, the current system of customer identification in financial institutions in our country is not perfect, and financial institutions and relevant regulatory authorities, There is a divergence of interests and therefore different positions and attitudes about how to implement specific client identification. This paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the identification of anti-money laundering customers in China’s financial institutions, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
