全面育人,育全面的人,是摆在教育现实中的重大课题。实施素质教育,归根到底,是为了让学生获得全面发展和持续发展。学生的全面发展在深层次上应该理解为身心、学业、人格的和谐发展。现行教育中,学生的发展目标是,既要更快更好地完成学业任务,又要拥有健康的身心和完善的人格。
Educating people in an all-round way and educating all-round people is a major issue in education. The implementation of quality education is, in the final analysis, to enable students to achieve comprehensive development and sustainable development. The overall development of students at a deep level should be understood as the harmonious development of mind and body, studies, and personality. In the current education, the students’ development goal is to complete the academic tasks faster and better, but also to have a healthy mind and body and a perfect personality.
