聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板凝胶电泳分离了成熟叶片和树皮中离子型结合、共价型结合和游离于细胞壁的过氧化物酶。结果表明这两种器官之间离子型结合于壁和游离于壁的过氧化物酶酶谱(谱带活性和Pf值)差异显著,而共价型结合的仅在谱带活性上差异显著,Pf值则表现一致。10个品种(或类型)漆树个体叶片可溶性过氧化物酶酶谱比较表明该物种从中心分布区到边缘区、从野生类型到栽培品种,均在同工酶酶谱上发生了变异。对于通过叶片可溶性过氧化物酶同工酶检定进行品种或类型的分类和鉴定和以该酶谱为探针追溯某一漆树品种的来源的可能性作了讨论。 热处理表明该酶具有热稳定性。对漆树过氧化物酶粗酶起抑制作用的试剂有巯基乙醇、半胱氨酸、丹宁酸、氟化钠和氰化钾;起激活作用的有桂皮酸、咖啡酸、香豆素和根皮苷。
Polyacrylamide vertical plate gel electrophoresis isolated ion-type bound, covalently bound and free peroxidase from the cell wall in mature leaves and bark. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the peroxidase zymogram (band activity and Pf value) between the two organs, which bound ionically to the wall and to the free wall, whereas the covalent binding only differed significantly in band activity, Pf values are consistent.
