目的研制抗溶藻弧菌独特型单克隆抗体并进行免疫学特性分析。方法用溶藻弧菌外膜蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠,ELISA鉴定mAb特异性,用BALB/c小鼠进行感染保护实验。结果共获8株抗溶藻弧菌单克隆抗体,其中两株具有很好的被动免疫保护抵抗溶藻弧菌感染的能力。结论本研究制备的抗溶藻弧菌单克隆抗体可作为溶藻弧菌感染的检验和被动免疫保护研究。
Objective To develop a unique monoclonal antibody against Vibrio alginolyticus and analyze its immunological properties. Methods BALB / c mice were immunized with outer albumen protein of Vibrio alginolyticus. The specificity of mAb was identified by ELISA. BALB / c mice were used for infection protection experiment. Results A total of 8 monoclonal antibodies against V. alginolyticus were obtained, of which two had good passive immunization protection against V. alginolyticus infection. Conclusion The monoclonal antibodies against Vibrio alginolyticus prepared in this study can be used as a test for Vibrio alginolyticus infection and passive immunoprotection studies.
