运用20项新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)对51例足月小样儿进行行为评分及CDCC智能随访。结果显示:3天NBNA评分明显落后于正常新生儿,有极显著差异性。随着日龄增加行为评分增加,差异性缩小;足月小样儿NBNA评分均大于35分,CDCC智测结果12月龄以前智能发育指数明显低于正常新生儿。
Twenty-one neonates with behavioral neurobehavior (NBNA) were used to conduct behavioral assessment and CDCC intelligent follow-up of 51 full-term children. The results showed that: 3 days NBNA score significantly behind the normal newborn, there is a very significant difference. With the increase of age, behavioral score increased, the difference reduced; full-moon baby sample NBNA score greater than 35 points, CDCC intelligence test results 12 months old before the intelligence development index was significantly lower than normal newborns.
