农六师新湖总场试验站是以种植小麦、棉花为主的营级农业分场,是棉花良种扩繁基地。为此试验站于1996年从辽宁购进一台2BQ—6型气吸式精量播种机。由于东北与新疆的土壤条件不尽相同,试播中发现该机的仿形机构及排种、限深、铺膜、覆土等装置不适应本地区的土壤条件,所以新湖试验站对2BQ—6型气吸式精量播种机的部分构件进行了调整和改进。现将情况介绍如下: 1.排种机构的调整改进 2BQ—6型气吸式精量播种机的排种机构中,排种盘的转速和排种孔的数量决定单位面积(亩)播量和排籽的均匀度,为达到播种技术指标
