分析柔性叶片结构和力学特性,建立了多节点动力学方程,提出了柔性叶片流固耦合的求解思路;结合实验研究,建立了3个转角位置的物理模型,采用UDF(User-Defined Function)控制动网格,实现不同转速下柔性叶片水轮机的数值模拟,研究了尖速比、弧弦比等对柔性叶片水轮机水动力特性的影响,数值模拟结果与实验值吻合较好。
The structure and mechanical properties of flexible blades were analyzed, and multi-node dynamics equations were established. The fluid-solid coupling of flexible blades was proposed. With the experimental research, the physical model of three rotational positions was established. UDF (User-Defined Function) control The numerical simulation of flexible vane turbine with different rotating speed is carried out. The influence of tip speed ratio and arc chord ratio on the hydrodynamic performance of flexible vane turbine is studied. The numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental data.
