目的配套本院的分诊断单元服务模式,建设全新的药架管理模式,让调剂工作安全、高效的完成。方法通过对收集的数据进行统计分析,比较本院西药房在分诊断单元服务药架管理模式与传统的药架管理模式下,在调配时间、调剂差错、药品效期管理的改变。结果在分诊断单元服务药架管理模式下,西药房在调配时间、调剂差错、药品效期管理等方面均比传统的药架管理模式有明显的改进。结论分诊断单元服务药架管理模式效果肯定,有很强的实践价值和推广性。
Objective To support our hospital’s diagnosis and diagnosis unit service model and establish a new medicine shelf management mode so that the adjustment work can be completed safely and efficiently. Methods Through the statistical analysis of the collected data, we compared the changes in the allocation time, dispensing errors and drug expiration management in the western pharmacy of our hospital under the mode of service-unit management and the traditional drug-shelf management. Results In the mode of service unit management of diagnosis unit, western pharmacy has obvious improvement over the traditional drug shelf management mode in terms of deployment time, adjustment errors and drug validity management. Conclusion The results of diagnosis service unit management model with diagnostic unit affirmation have strong practical value and promotion.
