学校的办学特色是针对学校的差异而言的,其实还有更具体的师生差异性。国家课程无法照顾到客观存在的具体学校的师生差异性,教育要满足这种差异性,只能通过开发校本课程来实现。该文正是立足于这种差异性,论述了校本课程开发的特点,提出要从“一个最终目标和三个立足点”来解读校本课程,最后讨论了校本课程开发中需要处理好四个方面的问题,从而使校本课程的开发得到顺利进行,积极响应新课程的改革。
The characteristics of the school’s education are based on the differences in schools. In fact, there are more specific teacher-student differences. The national curriculum cannot take care of the difference between teachers and students in specific schools that exist objectively. Education must meet this difference and can only be achieved through the development of school-based curriculum. This article is based on this difference, discusses the characteristics of school-based curriculum development, proposes to interpret the school-based curriculum from “a final goal and three standpoints”, and finally discusses four aspects that need to be dealt with in the development of school-based curriculum. Problems have led to the smooth development of school-based curriculum development and actively respond to the reform of the new curriculum.
