初中英语教学中,英语学习受很多因素制约,比如智力因素、先天语言能力优势以及非智力因素等等。由于智力因素的发展依托于非智力因素的后天推动,所以其中非智力因素是其中较为关键的一个因素。非智力因素包括很多方面,比如性格、动机、兴趣以及意志等。教师在初中英语课堂上,试图发挥非智力因素的积极作用,培养学生良好的学习习惯,激发学生的学习兴趣,进而达到提高学生学习英语的信心,才可以在学术上取得成效。
English teaching in junior high school, English learning is subject to many factors, such as intellectual factors, the advantages of innate language and non-intellectual factors and so on. As the development of intellectual factors relies on the promotion of non-intellectual factors, the non-intellectual factors among them are the more crucial factors. Non-intellectual factors include many aspects, such as personality, motivation, interest and volition. Teachers in the junior high school English classroom, trying to play a positive role of non-intelligence factors, develop good student learning habits, stimulate students interest in learning, and thus improve the confidence of students to learn English, can be academic success.
