目的： 了解老年人的心理健康状况。方法： 采用分层结合整群随机抽样法。结果： 躯体化、强迫、焦虑、恐怖症状间存在性别差异； 蒙汉族老年人除偏执外， 其余症状均有差别； 老年人各项心理临床症状均分值在 １２３～１６２ 之间， 即轻度以下。结论： 包头、巴盟中旗老年人的心理健康状况良好。性别、民族对老年人心理健康状况有影响。
Objective: To understand the mental health of the elderly. Methods: Stratified cluster random sampling method. Results: There was a gender difference in somatization, compulsion, anxiety and horror symptoms. In addition to the paranoid exception, the Mongolian and Han nationality had differences in other symptoms. The psychological symptom scores of the elderly were all between 123 and 162 , Ie mild below. Conclusion: The mental health of the elderly in Baotou and Bamei Zhongqi is good. Gender and ethnicity have an impact on the mental health of the elderly.
