安徽科研人员近期采用气相色谱法,研究了不同清洗方式对香菇中毒死蜱残留的去除效果。试验结果表明,日常使用的清洗方式,均可降低香菇中毒死蜱残留量,但去除效果存在差异,香菇中毒死蜱残留去除率在0.32%~100.00%间。采用洗涤剂清洗,对于香菇中毒死蜱残留总体去除效果最好,即使对高残留量样品(64.49毫克/千克)也具有较好的去除效果,去除率达54.72%~56.69%。采用流动的自来水冲洗,对于较低残留量的样品(低于3.91毫克/千克),去除效果最好,而对高残留量样品,
Recently, Anhui researchers used gas chromatography to study the effects of different cleaning methods on the removal of chlorpyrifos residues in mushrooms. The results showed that daily cleaning method could reduce the residual amount of chlorpyrifos in mushrooms, but the removal efficiency was different. The residual removal rate of chlorpyrifos in mushroom was between 0.32% and 100.00%. The cleaning effect of chlorpyrifos was the best for the removal of chlorpyrifos residue in mushrooms. The removal rate of chlorpyrifos was 54.72% ~ 56.69%, even for high residue samples (64.49 mg / kg).
