一、人才考核的任务、特点、功能和作用 1、人才考核的任务: 人才考核的目的是获取和加工人才管理所需的信息,其任务可表示为按职位要求对人才在社会劳动中表现出来的道德、见识、才能、学问等内在要素和在一定环境下作出的成绩进行科学、正确、公正的考察和评定. 2、人才考核的特点: 人才是一个受内、外部多因素影响和极为复杂的认识对象,因而在认识其考核要求、考核步骤、考核内容等方面具有以下特点: (1)工作评价和人才考核相结合.
