If starting from the beginning of 2007, the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has been going on for nearly two years now. It has not only failed to ease the signs, but it is still deteriorating. From the outbreak of the great crisis in 1929, economists did not stop to reflect on the root causes of the crisis. However, the reflection of the mainstream economics in the West has always failed to get the essentials, always turning around in the clichés such as “lack of supervision”, “policy errors”, “underestimation of risks” and so on. Regrettably, the discussion of the root causes of the current subprime mortgage crisis remains the same. If further questioning: What led to “regulatory absence ” “policy errors ” “underestimate the risk ”? The standard answer to modern economics in addition to blame the human nature of greedy genes, I am afraid only on This questioning shrugged his shoulders.
