由于混合梁接合部由钢、混凝土2种不同的材料结合而成,是结构特性和材料特性的突变点,因此接合部的设计与施工是混合梁斜拉桥的关键技术问题。鄂东长江公路大桥是一座主跨926 m的混合梁斜拉桥,在其建设过程中,首次采用应力、形状完全相似的缩尺模型,结合有限元仿真计算分析,对接合部的结构特性、传力机理等进行了研究,验证了接合部传力的可靠性。为确保传力机理能有效实现,针对施工技术难点采取了一系列控制措施,取得了较好的效果。
Because the joint of the hybrid beam is composed of two different materials of steel and concrete, it is a sudden change of the structural characteristics and material characteristics. Therefore, the design and construction of the joint are the key technical problems of the cable-stayed bridge with hybrid beam. The E’dong Yangtze River Highway Bridge is a 926 m long hybrid cable-stayed bridge with a span of 926 m. In the course of its construction, the scale model with the similar stress and shape is adopted for the first time. Based on the finite element simulation calculation and analysis, the structural characteristics, Transmission mechanism, etc. were studied to verify the reliability of the force transmission joints. In order to ensure that the transmission mechanism can be effectively realized, a series of control measures have been taken for the technical difficulties of construction and good results have been achieved.
