仿真玩具和低结构材料,小班幼儿究竟是怎么玩的?很多老师会基于感性经验很快做出自己的回答,或描述案例,或概括行为特点。中福会托儿所的老师们通过定期观察、及时记录、不断讨论和分析,逐步发现其中规律,解读出游戏亮点背后的儿童心理特点。尽管她们的研究设计还需进一步完善,成果还需进一步推敲,但已经走出的这一小步向我们展示,在日常带班中,每一位幼教工作者都可以用科学精神来面对儿童发展,更专业地解读儿童心理,更有智慧地开展保教实践。

Many teachers will quickly make their own answers based on sentimental experience, or describe the case, or general behavior characteristics. Through regular observation, timely recording, constant discussion and analysis, teachers of the Zhong Fuk Hui Nursery gradually discovered the laws and interpreted the psychological characteristics of children behind the bright spots of the game. Although their research and design needs further improvement and the results need to be further explored, the small step that has been taken out shows us that every preschool worker in a daily band can use science spirit to face the development of children, A more professional interpretation of children’s psychology, more wise to carry out preventive education practice.
