文章从生活、工作、学习、身体健康四个方面对农村女教师的生存状况作了调查。调查结果显示,农村女教师面临着双重角色冲突、人际交往局限、工作压力过大、工作满意度不高、专业发展受限、身体状况不容乐观等现实问题。因此,需要政府、学校、农村女教师三方共同努力,采取有效对策,改善农村女教师目前的生存状况,促进她们的专业发展。
This article investigates the living conditions of rural female teachers from four aspects: life, work, study and physical health. The survey results show that the rural female teachers are faced with the practical problems of dual roles conflict, limitations of interpersonal communication, excessive work pressure, unsatisfactory job satisfaction, limited professional development and poor health status. Therefore, the three parties of the government, schools and rural women teachers should work together to take effective measures to improve the current living conditions of rural female teachers and promote their professional development.
