本研究采用多功能图象分析系统对18例良、恶性多形性腺瘤中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞的核形态和DNA含量进行测定。结果表明,两种肿瘤在核面积、周长、最大径、最小径、形状因子及等效圆直径上差别有显著性。在DNA含量和近4C%含量上相同,而在近2C%和5CER上差别有显著性。多形性腺瘤中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞的DNA含量和5CER的含量已达到恶性肿瘤细胞水平,提示该细胞的这一特性与多形性腺瘤“好种植,易复发”的生物学行为有着密切的关系。
In this study, the nuclear morphology and DNA content of tumor myoepithelial cells in 18 cases of benign and malignant pleomorphic adenomas were determined by multifunctional image analysis system. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two kinds of tumors in the nuclear area, perimeter, maximum diameter, minimum diameter, shape factor and equivalent circle diameter. DNA content and the content of nearly 4C% the same, and in the nearly 2C% and 5CER difference was significant. The DNA content and 5CER level of tumorous myoepithelial cells in pleomorphic adenomas have reached the level of malignant tumor cells, suggesting that this characteristic of the cells is closely related to the biological behavior of “well-planted and easy-to-relapse” pleomorphic adenomas relationship.
