学生是教师教学教育工作的最初出发点和最终落脚点,要实现学生综合素质的全面提高,必须在教学教育中充分发挥学生的主体作用,倡导学生自主学习,合作学习和探究性学习,培养学生独立思考,勇于探索,敢于质疑和创新的能力。“生本教育”理念的提出为在新课程背景下打造高效课堂提供了理论先导。那么在教学教育实践中如何为“生本教育”模式构建一个稳定的长效机制呢?笔者从自身的实践经验出发认为应当要做到以下几个方面:一、课前建立学习小组,构建互助机制
