人体血液或尿中K~+、Na~+的含量直接反映了某些器官的功能或病变。例如失常的K~+量,能引起器官如心脏、神经系统和肌肉的功能失调。早先在医院常规分析血液中钠、钾含量常采用原子吸收光谱法和火焰光度法等有焰分析,国外八十年代初出现微机化的钾钠分析仪。本文介绍的S671A型血液钾钠分析仪是采用微机控制和数据处理的半自动测量仪器,能测量人体的全血、血清和血浆中钾钠离子的含量,不需要对试样作预处理,具有操作简便、快速、精度高等特点,且所测结果更加接近于人体的生理状态,具有临床意义,该仪器日前通过了技术鉴定,并已由江苏电分析仪器厂投产。本仪器的测量总体结构原理见图1。在微机控制下对同步电机(蠕动泵)进行驱动控制,采样并输入Na~+、K~+电极测得电位值,进行浮点数字运算,并将结果进行LED数字显示。
