为认真贯彻落实南方电网公司员工持证上岗暂行规定,云南电网公司把实行员工持证上岗作为公司实施“员工素质工程”的重要任务之一,作为促进员工素质提高,改善员工素质结构,提高岗位适应能力,实现职业发展目标的重要措施。昆明供电局根据云南电网公司持证上岗工作的总体部署,结合本局的实际情况,开展了调查研究,并以一线员工为重点,实施了分类分层的培训取证,创造性地开展了职业技能鉴定站点建设和安全技能认证工作,积极探索了培训、考核、使用、待遇相结合的激励约束机制,扎实有效地推进了一线员工的持证上岗工作。
