采用电弧喷涂方法对AZ91D镁合金进行处理,研究电弧喷涂电压和气压对涂层界面显微组织和结合强度的影响。结果表明,最佳的电弧喷涂电压为30 V,喷涂气压为0.6 MPa,此时涂层与基体的结合最为紧密。
The arc spraying method was used to treat AZ91D magnesium alloy to study the influence of arc spraying voltage and pressure on the microstructure and bonding strength of the coating interface. The results show that the best arc spraying voltage is 30 V and spraying pressure is 0.6 MPa. At this time, the coating and substrate are most closely combined.
