对冷冻保护液中二甲基亚砜(DWSO)、甘油和蔗糖的用量、配伍及使用方法做了20项比较性研究。对用15%甘油保护液冻存205天的兔角膜做了观察,结果与冻贮14天相比,角膜内皮活率(ESR)仅低0.3%(P>0.05)。兔角膜移植效果较好,但酶组织化学及临床移植效果不满意。本文还对等渗弱碱性标准卵子培养液(BWW)及其它晶体溶液的效果及使用做了比较,发现用晶体溶液冷冻兔角膜也可获得较高的ESR,但内皮欠清晰,罕能见到典型的内皮细胞。
20 comparative studies were conducted on the amount, compatibility and use of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and glycerol in the cryoprotectant solution. Observations of rabbit corneas frozen in 15% glycerol solution for 205 days resulted in only a 0.3% reduction in corneal endothelial viability (ESR) compared to 14 days of cryopreservation (P> 0.05). Rabbit corneal transplantation is better, but the enzyme histochemistry and clinical transplant results are not satisfied. We also compare the effects and uses of isotonic weak base standard egg culture (BWW) with other crystalloid solutions and found that higher ESR can be obtained by freezing rabbit corneas with crystalloid solution, but the endothelium is less clear and rarely seen To the typical endothelial cells.
