自19世纪末泰勒提出的“科学管理”开启了企业“现代管理”之门的100年以来,管理科学异彩纷呈,涌现了大量先进的管理理论。20世纪80年代,彼得·圣吉(Peter Senge)提出的学习型组织管理理论,更是被国内外一些知名企业家所推崇。本文主要从学习型组织的精髓、学习型组织的基础、学习型组织的有力保障、学习型组织的内在本质及核心理念等几个方面对学习型组织的内涵进行了较为全面的分析。
Since the late 19th century, “Science Management” launched by Taylor has opened the door to “modern management” of enterprises for more than 100 years, the management science has been colorful and numerous advanced management theories have emerged. In the 1980s, the theory of learning organization management proposed by Peter Senge was promoted by some well-known domestic and foreign entrepreneurs. This article mainly analyzes the connotation of learning organization from several aspects: the essence of learning organization, the foundation of learning organization, the powerful guarantee of learning organization, the intrinsic essence of learning organization and the core concept.
