针对目前大型挖掘机励磁调节系统仍有部分采用模拟调节线路而存在系统结构复杂、抗干扰能力差、故障率高及维护不便等不足,采用高性能单片机为系统控制器并结合增量式PID控制算法,研制一种高性能的全数字励磁调节控制系统,经在挖掘机上实际带负载运行实验,其各项性能指标均达到了设计要求,具有较好的应用价值.
