对表面活性剂和反硝化细菌协同处理含硫化亚铁颗粒污油的可行性进行了研究。研制出一个可破坏硫化亚铁颗粒在油水界面上形成的刚性界面膜的污油破乳剂配方和一个可刺激脱水器内原生反硝化细菌数量迅速膨胀的复合无机盐配方。在现场实验中,通过将污油混入游离水脱除器进液中和在脱水器进液中同时投加0·05kg/t污油破乳剂和0·759kg/t复合无机盐回收处理了720m3大庆油田葡三联合站内的含硫化亚铁颗粒污油,污油回收处理过程中的药剂费用为34·03元/m3。
The feasibility of synergistic treatment of surfactant and denitrifying bacteria with sulfur ferrous sulfide particles was studied.
