The authors have found that elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels are elevated in more severe cases when studying atopic dermatitis (AD) .This study was designed to examine whether serum LDH levels are clearly associated with the severity of AD rashes. According to the clinical course, the 80 patients clinically diagnosed with AD were divided into 3 groups: improvement (40 cases), no change (20 cases) and deterioration (20 cases). Before and after treatment, EO, LDH and IgE in 50 AD patients were divided into two groups according to the scope and severity of dermatitis: severe type (25 cases) and mild type (25 cases). The LDH and The level of isoenzymes. Results: (1) The improvement group before treatment Eo levels higher than 500 / cm ~ 3 accounted for 29/40 cases
