本文介绍碳-环氧抛物面反射器天线材料性能研究。包括的项目有材料微波反射性能和其他物理力学性能试验。为此对T300、M40碳纤维增强环氧648复合材料的上述各项性能进行测定。并对T300纤维增强四种环氧树脂(环氧648、644、618及AFG-90)复合材料进行微波反射性能测定。试验结果表明在确定的微波反射试验条件下,试样的微波反射系数值与试样表面纤维方向有关.当纤维方向与微波反射在表面形成电流线方向成平行时,反射系数最大,成90°时反射系数值最小,树脂基体对碳-环氧复合材料表面微波反射系数没有显著的影响。
This article describes the carbon - epoxy parabolic reflector antenna material properties. Items included are microwave reflectivity materials and other physical and mechanical properties tests. To this end of the T300, M40 carbon fiber reinforced epoxy 648 composite material of the above properties were measured. The microwave reflectivity of T300 fiber reinforced four epoxy composites (epoxy 648, 644, 618 and AFG-90) was measured. The experimental results show that the microwave reflection coefficient of the sample is related to the fiber direction of the sample surface under the determined microwave reflection test condition.The reflection coefficient is the largest when the direction of the fiber is parallel to the direction of the microwave reflection on the surface to form the current line, When the reflection coefficient is the smallest, the resin matrix has no significant effect on the microwave reflection coefficient of the carbon-epoxy composite surface.
