目的 观察腹腔注射促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)对改进的完全佐剂性关节炎慢痛大鼠脊髓腰膨大 ,海马和纹状体内降钙素基因相关肽 (Calcitoningene relatedpeptide ,CGRP)的影响。方法 ①肾上腺摘除术。②CGRP放射免疫法。结果 ①大鼠踝关节周围皮下注射自制的油包水型完全福氏佐剂成功地制备成一种全身反应较轻的慢性疼痛模型。②脊髓腰膨大中的CGRP在关节炎大鼠中升高 ,腹腔注射ACTH可以抑制关节炎大鼠脊髓腰膨大中CGRP的升高 ,摘除双侧肾上腺后ACTH的这种抑制作用消失。结论 ACTH通过肾上腺抑制佐剂性关节炎痛敏引起脊髓内CGRP增多而产生镇痛作用
Objective To observe the effects of intraperitoneal injection of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) on improving calcitonin related related peptide (CGRP) in spinal cord lumbar enlargement, hippocampus and striatum of rats with chronic pain of complete adjuvant arthritis. Methods ① adrenalectomy. ② CGRP radioimmunoassay. Results ① The model of chronic pain with less systemic reaction was successfully prepared by subcutaneous injection of homemade water-in-water complete Freund’s adjuvant around the ankle. ② CGRP in spinal lumbar enlargement was increased in arthritic rats. Intraperitoneal injection of ACTH could inhibit the increase of CGRP in spinal lumbar enlargement of arthritis rats, and the inhibition of ACTH disappeared after bilateral adrenal removal. CONCLUSIONS: ACTH exerts analgesic effect by increasing adrenal inhibition of hyperalgesia in adjuvant arthritis
