联想北京园区某办公楼采用钢框架-中心支撑结构体系,存在多处水平及竖向不规则项。采用SATWE和MIDAS软件对结构进行了反应谱分析和多遇地震下的弹性时程分析;对大跨度桁架进行了人行激励下的舒适度验算;采用ABAQUS软件进行了罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析。计算结果表明,结构具有良好的抗震性能。
