目的探讨社区健康教育干预对小学生口腔卫生知识、态度、行为(KAP)的影响,提高社区口腔卫生保健工作。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,将对抽中的学生分为干预组和对照组,对干预组开展社区健康教育干预,并观察干预组、对照组间口腔卫生知识、态度及行为情况。结果干预后干预组小学生的口腔卫生KAP 3方面正确回答率分别为87.35%、92.77%、86.75%,明显高于对照组(46.61%、61.95%、38.94%)和干预前干预组(45.37%、60.60%、37.91%)的正确回答率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后所有18项调查内容均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组的干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区健康教育干预对高桥社区小学生口腔卫生KAP水平有显著的提高作用。口腔卫生保健人员应继续加强对小学生的健康教育和行为干预,不断提高社区口腔卫生保健工作。
Objective To explore the impact of community health education intervention on pupils oral hygiene knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP), and to improve community oral health care. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted. The students in the study were divided into intervention group and control group. Community health education intervention was conducted in the intervention group. Oral hygiene knowledge, attitude and behavior among intervention group and control group were observed. Results The correct rate of oral hygiene KAP 3 in intervention group was 87.35%, 92.77% and 86.75% respectively, which was significantly higher than that in control group (46.61%, 61.95%, 38.94%) and pretreatment intervention group (45.37% 60.60% and 37.91%, respectively), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). After the intervention, the contents of all 18 surveys were significantly improved with statistical significance (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between before and after intervention (P> 0.05). Conclusion Intervention of community health education can significantly improve the oral hygiene KAP level of pupils in Takahashi Community. Oral health workers should continue to strengthen their health education and behavioral interventions for primary school students and continuously improve their oral health care.
