在0.lmol/LCdCl2一0.005mol/L四苯砷四苯硼体系中,用半微分循环伏安扫描,显示了良好的乙酰螺旋霉素络合推动Cd2+离子在界面传递的伏安波。其特性与常规半微分极谱波类似。△ψ随乙酰螺旋霉素的浓度增加向阴极方向移动。ep乙酰螺旋霉素的浓度呈线性相关,线性范围为29~437U/m1,检测限为7U/ml。重现性的相对标准偏差为3%左右,回收率为97~102%。与生物法相比,测定样品结果的相对误差在±1%以内。
