1989年10月24日至27日,福建省卫生厅在三明市主持召开了福建省初级卫生保健暨医政工作会议。全省9个地市卫生局和16个初级卫生保健试点县县长、局长以及省卫生厅初级卫生保健协调小组全体成员参加会议。《中国农村卫生事业管理》杂志副主编吴雁鸣同志也参加了会议。省卫生厅厅长计克良、副厅长张玉龙同志出席了会议。三明市政府、人大、政协和文明委等领导也参加了会议。这次会议的主要任务是:传达贯彻“全国初级保健合作中心、试点县工作会议”和“全国医政工作会议”精神,总结
From October 24 to 27, 1989, the Fujian Provincial Department of Health presided over the Fujian Provincial Primary Health Care and Medical Administrative Work Conference in Sanming City. All members of the provincial health bureaus and 16 primary health care pilot counties and directors of the province’s health authorities and all members of the provincial primary health care coordination group of the provincial health department attended the meeting. Comrade Wu Yanming, deputy editor of China Rural Health Management magazine, also attended the meeting. Provincial Health Department Chief Ke Keliang and Deputy Director Zhang Yulong attended the meeting. The leaders of the Sanming Municipal Government, the National People’s Congress, the Political Consultative Conference, and the Civilization Commission also attended the meeting. The main task of this conference is to communicate and implement the spirit of the “National Primary Care Cooperation Center, the Pilot County Working Conference” and the “National Medical Administration Working Conference”.
