为了促进安全生产,进行安全标准化管理,我厂于1987年6月成立了开展“三标”活动(即安全标准化班组、安全标准化岗位、安全标准化现场)的安全质量管理TSC小组。全组人员经过厂级全面质量管理教育,小组周周有活动,月月有小结,季季有评比,做到课题、计划、组织、活动、检查五落实。一、开展“三标”活动的目标根据对我厂1986年前10年发生的208起工伤事故统计分析,认为: (1)人的因素是造成工伤的最主要的原因,占工伤事故总数的64.5%。岗位工人不按标准操作而造成的工伤事故也不少。因此,抓好人的因素,是搞好安全工作的关键。
In order to promote safe production and carry out safety standardization management, our factory set up a Safety and Quality Management TSC Team in June 1987 to carry out the “Three Standards” (Safety Standardization Team, Safety Standardization Position, Safety Standardization Site). The whole group of staff after the plant-level total quality management education, the group weekly activities, months and months have a summary, seasonal quarter comparison, so topics, plans, organizations, activities, check five implementation. I. Objectives of Carrying Out “Three Standards” Activities Based on the statistical analysis of 208 industrial accidents that occurred in our factory in the first 10 years of 1986, we think: (1) The human factor is the most important cause of industrial injuries, accounting for the total number of industrial accidents 64.5%. Job workers do not follow the standard operation caused by a large number of industrial accidents. Therefore, grasping people’s factors is the key to improving safety.
