知识是在感知的基础上形成和发展起来的。初中学生的心理特征是由形象思维向抽象思维过渡的,他们喜欢直观形象,特别是对动片更敏感,所以在进行中学化学教育时,采用幻灯、电影、录像、电子计算机等多媒体直观形式教学,能激发学生强烈的兴趣和求知欲,产生巨大的学习动力,足以克服学习中的各种困难。因此合理地使用不同的课堂教学手段是传授知识的一个重要途径,直观教具的使用可以将知识形象化、具体化,便于学生对知识的掌握和理解。
